It is therefore informing customers, suppliers, lobbies and the media about its RFID tests throughout the supply chain and within the METRO Group Future Store Initiative. There only selected products are being fitted with transponders. As a member of EPCglobal METRO Group is already committed to responsibly dealing with RFID – in concert with its partners from retailing and the consumer goods sector.
