Metro Link grows again: Recently, the application MEC became available in the supplier portal enabling the electronic data interchange via internet (WebEDI) between suppliers and the METRO Group.
All content that EDI users were able to access at the www.metro-edi-portal.com webpage – such as the "Infothek" and special forms – are now centrally available at www.metro-link.com
. In addition to the familiar offer of the METRO Group EDI Center, users receive here custom tailored, regularly updated news concerning the electronic data interchange.
The comprehensive information offer of the new portal area also includes a detailed glossary as well as a FAQ section. The Supplier Collaboration Team of METRO Group Buying International serves EDI users as central contact partner (phone: +49 (0) 2 11 969 54 65).
